Looks like there is no graciousness when you want to be selfish. Now, what would that strip of land do after it's caged in?

23: What's happening @ Jalan Pintau Park?
Strange-looking solid fences made of corrugated metal sheets painted in green are being erected at Jalan Pintau Park once the property of Thomson Garden Estate. Does it look like Thomson Garden Estate residents are going to lose a portion of the park? First, Shunfuville caged up their estate with fences, now dun-know-who are erecting the green solid fences. In times not so long ago, PWD used to put up Project Signages informing the public about public works affecting the man-in-the-street. No such thing now! So we ask our MPs, "Do you know what's happening? If you do, tell us, won't you?
Here's a video of the ugly mess that's cropping up on Jalan Pintau Park.

19: Our MP Hri Kumar?
I'm wondering: Is he our MP or not? The reason I'm wondering is that he is so silent on the issue that affects the walkway down Jalan Isnin to Shunfu precinct, very near where his office is.
The walkway was the result of Thomson Garden Estate residents appealing to their MP Leong Hon Kee a decade or two ago, at least before Shunfuville came into being, to facilitate their access to Shunfu Mart and Food Centre, and the kindergarten @ Shunfu Precinct, and to his credit the MP for Thomson did the job.
Now that the fences are going up, Thomson Garden Estate residents are wondering if they will ever get their MPs to stand up and ensure the continued use of the walkway pro bono publico.
